relaxing lakeside escape
clean lodge hot tub clear instructions
the lodge was very clean and well maintained. i liked that the hot tub was hot when we arrived and stayed that way all weekend. the prosecco, tea, and biscuits were a nice complimentary touch. the confirmation email included clear check-in instructions, so we easily got into the lodge and straight into the hot tub.
the bistro menu was limited i found that inconvenient.

the chalet had a comfy bed a smart tv and a kitchen area with a fridge plus a hob. the wet room in the clean bathroom was really good it featured modern fixtures and ample space.

the lakeside setting was peaceful and very well kept. i preferred the short walk from the car park as it meant no cars drove around the lodges it kept the area quiet and safe.

staff responded quickly when i had an issue. they were polite and effective in resolving it it assured me of their commitment to guest satisfaction and a smooth stay.

the on-site restaurant provided a pleasant dining experience. the indoor swimming pool added recreational options it included clear signage and safety measures, with a lifeguard on duty during designated hours.
